Help us by contacting the candidates and asking them to complete and sign the CLC questionnaire. It can still be faxed to CLC and the results posted on this website right up to election day. Print out the questionnaire and see Elections Ontario information on contacting candidates.

Also, any information or statements candidates have made verbally or in writing on life and family issues should be immediately forwarded to CLC along with your contact information should the information need to be verified.
