Conservative Party of Canada - Leadership Election Event

The Conservative Party of Canada Leadership Election Event to choose a successor to Stephen Harper will be held from Friday, May 26 to Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Toronto Congress Centre (650 Dixon Road, Toronto, ON). Please note: Voting takes place across Canada on Saturday, May 27th; you do not need to attend this event in Toronto in order to vote for the new CPC Leader.

Friday May 26:
Registration open 5 PM (B. Adams Lobby)
Leaders Circle Reception 5 PM - 6:30 PM (TBD)
Main stage programming 7 PM - 10 PM (L. Tannenbaum Ballroom)
Candidate Hospitality Suites 10 PM onwards

Saturday May 27:
Registration open 8 AM
Food concession open 10 AM On-site voting 10 AM - 4 PM
Pre-Announcement reception 4 PM (Bar open)
Program begins – Winner announced – New leaders’ speech 7 PM

As of May 1, 2017, there are 13 individuals running as candidates for the Conservative Leadership (a 14th candidate, Kevin O'Leary, who was rated by CLC as the worst of all the candidates for his flagrant pro-abortion and anti-marriage statements, withdrew from the race on April 26th).
