Assisted Suicide - Call To Action

We are pleased to partner with an ally called myCanada, who has spearheaded a call-to-action for like-minded organizations across Canada to work on a 4-point strategy to put pressure on MPs to vote against the Liberal government's pro-euthanasia Bill C-14. We need the MPs to vote NO upon 3rd reading of this dangerous bill.

According to a recent myCanada call to action to all pro-life groups:

We are currently in a historic battle on the issue of assisted suicide in Canada.

The current legislation on assisted suicide (C-14) is expected to be voted on one way or another as early as May 10th.  NOW is the urgent time to take action.

We have been hearing reports from MPs that they are getting much pressure from the pro-assisted suicide voices but have not been hearing much from those who are opposed.  We can change this by taking action.

Campaign Life Coalition is inviting all its supporters to take part in the following 4-point strategy, promoted by MyCanada:

1 – PRAYER AND FASTING:  We cannot underestimate the power of prayer in this fight.  Please take this important issue to your churches and prayer groups, as well as individually in your own homes. Please pray and fast until the 3rd reading vote takes place, in the hopes God will answer those prayers in a miraculous way.

2 – JOIN THE NATIONAL CALLING STRATEGY:

CallLeafPetitions and postcards are good what is EVEN MORE EFFECTIVE is a personal contact from Canadians.

Because of this, MY Canada is calling upon concerned Canadians to join in a national calling strategy.

Please make 4 phone calls.  One call to the Minister of Justice, one call to the Prime Minister’s office, one call to the Chair of the Justice Committee and one call to your personal MP.  It will only take a few minutes but can make a massive impact.  The phone #'s are listed below.

You can call either the Ottawa office or the constituency office.  If one line is busy, we encourage you to try the other..

Justice Minister Jody Wilson-Raybould Prime Minister Justin Trudeau Anthony Housefather (Chair of the Justice Committee) Your MP:
