The need for healing
Abortion is traumatic for a sizeable percentage of women. Feelings of bereavement, guilt, shame and self-hatred can last for the woman’s lifetime, if left unresolved.
Joy is often drained from the lives of those women, affecting negatively their future marital relationship, relationships with their children and feeling cut off from God.
There is good news for post-abortive women. The joy once stolen from her can be restored. Her spirit can be healed. She can once again know in her heart that God has accepted her repentance and forgiven her completely.
We invite post-abortive women to get in touch with any of these ministries:
#1. Rachel's Vineyard
Rachel's Vineyard is a non-denominational Christian ministry. It holds healing retreats across Canada and the USA. Rachel's Vineyard is a safe place to renew, rebuild and redeem hearts broken by abortion. Weekend retreats offer you a supportive, confidential and non-judgmental environment where women and men can express, release and reconcile painful post-abortive emotions to begin the process of restoration, renewal and healing.
