Article 3: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. Canada is the only country in the developed world that has no law protecting the unborn child. Completely Human A child, from the time of conception / fertilization, is a complete human being. The child (1) has a metabolism, (2) grows, (3) can reproduce at some stage of its normal life process, (4) has a complete and unique set of DNA, and (5) its DNA is classified as belonging to the human species. |
