ROB PARKER SR.
National House of Prayer

Speaking at:  Parliament Hill, May 9

Rob Parker Sr. is a Christian pastor and Director of the National House of Prayer (NHOP), an Ottawa-based organization which trains young adults to be leaders, through the power of prayer.  He will be one of many speakers who will adress prolifers from the Hill, just before the actual March through the streets of Ottawa.

The NHOP is unique in that its focus is on praying for our country's government, at Parliament Hill. However, NHOP's work does not stop at merely praying, but also tries to be "salt" amongst the politicians through interpersonal interaction.  NHOP members volunteer in MP offices once a week, and attend Question Period on Parliament Hill with a prayerful, intercessory objective.

DAVID BEREIT
Founder, 40 Days For Life

Workshop speaker at Youth Conference, May 10

Topic: Conversion of abortionists

David began the worldwide 40 Days For Life (40DFL) phenomenon which has spread to 20 countries outside of the U.S.A, and has been conducted in 501 cities. The 40DFL campaign consists of 40 days of consecutive prayer, fasting and peaceful witness outside of abortion facilities in local communities.

Reports document 7,408 lives that have been spared from abortion as a direct result of 40DFL — and those are just the ones we know about! It has also resulted in 29 abortuaries permanently closing their doors. Thousands of women have also been spared the scarring effects of abortion-choice, thanks to having had their minds changed by 40DFL prayer volunteers.
