Rating Comments: CLC had originally green-lit Spina due to the fact that he gave perfect answers to our election survey, signed by his own hand on March 31, 2019. However, after the liberal media attacked him for his perfect pro-life stance, Spina back-pedaled, gave the impression he might not vote in favour of pro-life legislation if it ever came up, and that he supports letting mothers kill their babies if the child was conceived in rape. This new, media-driven stance by Spina cannot be considered fully pro-life, so we have downgraded him to a yellow-light rating.
