How Justin Trudeau prejudiced Mike Del Grande
Are you one of the many Canadians who despise the destructive policies and actions of former Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau? Well, the truth is you don’t despise them nearly enough!
Today, I’d like to explain how Trudeau’s legacy indirectly includes the unjust persecution of Trustee Mike Del Grande.
As you know, the Supreme Court of Canada refused to hear Trustee Del Grande's appeal of the Toronto Catholic District School Board's finding of "misconduct" against him for having opposed transgender ideology in schools.
In refusing to hear his appeal, the biased decision of a lower court was left in place.
That decision, from the Ontario divisional court, was written by Justice Sandra Nishikawa who was appointed to the bench in 2018 by Justin Trudeau. The ruling revealed a truly stunning level of hypocrisy.
This activist judge selectively drew from one particular section of the Education Act of Ontario to impugn Del Grande, while ignoring another, arguably more important section that would’ve exonerated him.
Nishikawa pointed to Section 169.1 of the Act, which states that boards have an obligation to:
“(i) promote a positive school climate that is inclusive and accepting of all pupils...”
Justice Nishikawa basically alleged that his comments cautioning the TCDSB not to accept transgender ideology violated the obligation to be “inclusive”. Even to lifestyles that are condemned by the Catholic Church, supposedly!
But here’s the thing …
She totally ignored Section 264(1)(c) from Ontario's Education Act which explicitly states that teachers - and by extension trustees - are required to promote the principles of Christian morality, including purity and all other Christian virtues.
Here’s the wording from that section:
"Section 264(1)(c) - Duties of teachers
It is the duty of a teacher or temporary teacher, (c) to inculcate by precept and example respect for religion and the principles of Judaeo-Christian morality and the highest regard for truth, justice, loyalty, love of country, humanity, benevolence, sobriety, industry, frugality, purity, temperance and all other virtues."
School board trustees are of course implicated in the same obligation to inculcate the principles of Judeo-Christian morality, through their role in ensuring compliance with the Education Act.
That's all Del Grande was doing in opposing Gender Ideology – trying to inculcate the principles of Judeo-Christian morality – as required by Sect 264.1 of the Education Act!
This Trudeau-appointed judge was horribly selective, cherry-picking parts of the Education Act that she personally agreed with, while pretending others don’t exist.
That's judicial activism.
Mike was in the right.
Nishikawa should have ruled in his favour. But, I guess this is the very sort of anti-Christian bias Trudeau appointed her for!

With the Supreme Court refusing to reconsider the divisional court's decision, Mike was ordered to pay $200,000, the legal fees claimed by the TCDSB in their taxpayer-funded witch hunt to ruin him.
It’s a heavy financial burden and he can really use our help.
Thank you for your support and God bless.
