The BC Human Rights Tribunal is out of control!

As you may be aware, former Chilliwack School District trustee Barry Neufeld has been dragged before the BC Human Rights Tribunal for daring to proclaim that he does not believe in transgender ideology.

Neufeld has been under attack for many years now for opposing LGBT ideology in BC schools, and for trying to protect impressionable children from indoctrination.

Pro-LGBT activists have tried to silence him by harassing him with complaints to the BC Human Rights Tribunal, along with lawfare in the real courts.

Sadly, Mr. Neufeld's heroic action comes at a heavy price. On February 17, 2026, in a blatant abuse of power by the BC Human Rights Tribunal, Mr. Neufeld was found guilty of "hate speech" and ordered to pay $750,000 to the pro-LGBT Chilliwack Teachers' Association!

Unbelievably, the BC Human Rights Tribunal ruled that Neufeld's refusal to believe in the unscientific theory of gender identity constitutes a kind of genocide against people who identify as transgender.

From the tribunal's written decision:

"If a person elects not to 'believe' that gender identity is separate from sex assigned at birth, then they do not 'believe' in transpeople. This is a form of existential denial."

"A person does not need to believe in Christianity to accept that another person is Christian. However, to accept that a person is transgender, one must accept that their gender identity is different than their sex assigned at birth."

If the BC Human Rights Tribunal can get away with destroying Barry's life by imposing a fine of nearly a million dollars, which he has no ability to pay, no British Columbian is safe.

This ruling sets a dangerous precedent to financially ruin any Canadian who does not believe in the insanity of gender identity theory.

Mr. Neufeld has announced his intention to appeal the ruling, so please pray that he is successful in court.

Private members bill to abolish Human Rights Tribunal defeated by corrupt MLAs

The whole world has reacted in shock and outrage at the tribunal's persecution of Neufeld, with even Elon Musk posting about it on X.

One courageous MLA, Tara Armstrong (Kelowna-Lake Country-Coldstream), reacted against the ruling in a truly wonderful way for which CLC is so grateful!

On February 27th, she introduced legislation to abolish the corrupt BC Human Rights Tribunal!

Unfortunately, however, her Human Rights Code Repeal Act bill was defeated on first reading by a vote of 50 nays to 37 yeas.

Shame on those 50 MLAs, who are listed below!

It is critically important that we defeat these MLAs in the next provincial election!

Let's begin the work of ensuring their electoral downfall, right now!

The next provincial election is not until October 2028 (barring an early election call which is always possible), but CLC needs you to make a personal commitment to doing your part between now and then to ensure this MLA gets defeated when voters next go to the polls.

If you live in any of the ridings listed above, you can help us make this goal a reality in three ways:

#1) Pledge to personally get-out-and-vote against your MLA whenever the next election happens.

#2) Pledge to volunteer for another candidate running against your MLA during the next election campaign (assuming CLC is able to endorse an opponent).

#3) Spread the word to all your religious friends and relatives about this vote, and urge them to remember this in the next election so your MLA can be ousted.

Start right now by forwarding this article to everyone you know who lives in your riding. See boundary maps here.
