HOW THE ANTI-PARENTAL RIGHTS LEGISLATION CAN STILL BE DEFEATED

There is still a clear path to quickly beating back this oppressive legislation. Both the Catholic Bishops of Ontario and any Catholic school board in Ontario have the constitutional power to reject any legislation that adversely affects faith and morals.  This power resides in Section 93 of the Constitution Act, 1867.

Please contact the Catholic Bishops of Ontario immediately. If they invoke Section 93 and reject the legislation for Separate schools, it is plausible that Dalton McGuinty will have to withdraw it for Public schools too, thus protecting all Ontario families from this homosexual-activist agenda. Please respectfully encourage the Catholic Bishops of Ontario to invoke Section 93, especially Cardinal Thomas Collins. It is our understanding that the bishops would not have to go to court. A bishop simply needs to make an announcement that they are invoking their Section 93 constitutional rights and refuse to implement the legislation. Premier Dalton McGuinty could do absolutely nothing to override this constitutional right.
