CLC rating: anti-free speech
Rating Comments: On October 13, 2020, Brewster and the other council members betrayed Councillor Malaiya Lucassie, passing a draconian Motion that demanded Lucassie's resignation for stating that "All lives matter", in contrast to the racially-divisive narrative of the Marxist Black Lives Matter cabal. This wild, knee-jerk reaction by Iqaluit City Council against one of their own members reveals their willingness to betray free speech and justice in order to kowtow to leftist ideology and propaganda (see Quotes tab).

Position: Deputy Mayor
