Mr. Clark was the only Hamilton City Councillor who voted against a totally unconstitutional 2023 motion to task the City's legal staff with drafting an anti-free speech bylaw amendment to censor pro-life flyer deliver which depicts abortion victim photography or even prenatal development images. The motion also sought to ban abortion victim photography and prenatal development images on signs and banners, on all public property throughout the City of Hamilton. Clark did not answer CLC's 2018 election survey.
