Rating Comments: As a former Waterloo Region District School Board trustee, Piatkowsk was a pro-LGBT extremist and a fierce opponent of parental rights in education. At a 2022 WRDSB Board Meeting, he first interrupted, and then moved to suppress, a delegation presentation by a courageous teacher who was drawing attention to perverted school library books that were targetting children, and which presented very real potential harms to young children. This gross example of "cancel culture" occurred because the delegation presentation dared to question the age-appropriateness of these books that were promoting transgender and LGBT ideology, including sex change surgery, to impressionable children as young as 8 years of age.
