Rating Comments: In his response to CLC’s 2026 municipal elections questionnaire, Chris Carte refused to give specific answers the survey’s questions, stating erroneously that the issue of abortion does not pertain to municipal politics. In so doing, Mr. Carter failed to acknowledge the reality that in some cities, municipal tax dollars are being funnelled to local branches of pro-abortion and sex-activist organizations like Planned Parenthood, and that there is a growing trend among municipal governments to impose no-free-speech “bubble zones” around abortion killing centres.
