Although he did state that he believes human life begins at conception, and that he self-identifies as "pro-life", nonetheless, he would not vote against funneling municipal tax dollars to organizations like Planned Parenthood, whose primary corporate objective is to promote and justify the murder of preborn babies via abortion. Likewise, Henry indicated that if a censorship by-law were ever proposed by Oshawa City Council to ban peaceful pro-life expression on taxpayer owned public sidewalks, he would not vote against it.
