| Bill M 216 "Protecting Minors from Gender Transition Act", 1st Reading OneBC MLA Tara Armstrong heroically introduced this compassionate bill to protect minor children from being sexually mutilated under the fanatic Transgender regime that is plaguing Canada. This bill would've made it illegal to damage the healthy bodies of impressionable children through the use of puberty-suppressing drugs, cross-sex hormones, and genital amputations and disfigurement. [Defeated at 1st Reading on October 8, 2025 by a vote of 48 to 40.] |

| Bill to abolish the corrupt BC Human Rights Tribunal This excellent bill, introduced by MLA Tara Armstrong, was brought forward to combat the growing abuse of power by the unelected, far-left, BC Human Rights Tribunal. This corrupt kangaroo court had just levied an obscene fine of $750,000 against heroic former BC school trustee Barry Neufeld for seeking to protect children from mind-and-body destroying transgender ideology. MLA Armstrong's principled bill was defeated in a vote taken at 1st Reading, which is procedurally unusual, since votes typically don't take place until 2nd Reading of a bill. This would appear to have been a maneuver by the rabidly pro-LGBT NDP government to stamp out the bill before it even came to 2nd Reading, as if such a bill should not even be countenanced in the Legislature. [Defeated on February 23, 2026 by a vote of 50 to 37.] |
