Bio

CLC rating: Pro-abortion, pro-LGBT ideology
Rating Comments: On March 11, 2025, Parsons gave a speech in the legislature decrying the overturning of Roe v. Wade in the U.S., and calling the murder or preborn children via abortion "a fundamental right". The Liberal Party of Newfoundland officially supports extreme LGBT ideology, including having a "2SLGBTQQIA+ Liberal Commission" within the party, and so, we can safely assume all of their candidates and MHAs do as well.

Votes, Surveys and Policy Decision Vote Score
Bill 7, second reading, to allow gender-confused persons to change sex marker on birth & marriage certificates
To further spread poisonous transgender ideology throughout society, this bill would end the policy of requiring gender-confused persons who identify as the opposite sex to first get a sex-change before the "gender marker" on their birth certificate could be changed to reflect the opposite of their biological reality. Here are quotes from Pam Parsons on various life and family issues:

Parson refers to in-utero child murder as a 'fundamental right':  "Abortion rights, fertility and reproductive health are fundamental rights for women and gender-diverse people across Canada. So it's very concerning. We know what we're seeing in the States and, of course, here in this hon. House everybody has a vested interest in politics and what's happening at every level, I would venture to say. The thought or the threat that the leader of the Conservative Party of Canada is even considering opening up the debate on legal abortion in this country is just beyond. It is beyond and shameful."
