Rating Comments: When he ran for the PC leadership in 2023 against Tony Wakeham, Parrot was evasive about where he stood on the question of providing parental notification before schools could start identifying their children with opposite sex names or pronouns. However, his answer focused strongly on opposing "hate and discrimination", so it appeared he was trying to telegraph to the left that he would keep parents in the dark when their kids are socially-transitioned at school. Parrott did not respond to CLC's provincial election survey, so his views on abortion and euthanasia are unknown.
