Rating Comments: Note: CLC's rating for this candidate was guided by answers to a 2025 questionnaire that the candidate filled out for an Alberta-based parental rights group called Parents for Choice in Education. In the PCE survey, Todd gave several mixed responses to questions concerning parental rights in education, but makes it abundantly clear that he actually believes in the fictitious notions of "gender identity" and "sexual orientation", and in inculcating this child-abusive ideology into the minds of impressionable school children. In particular, the canard of "gender identity" is routinely used to justify the sexual mutilation of children. Similarly, in response to CLC's 2025 Alberta municipal questionnaire, Todd expressed some support for parental rights, but confessed that he is pro-LGBT "education".
