Rating Comments: In May 2021, Trustee Mullan betrayed the duties of a Catholic trustee to uphold the Faith when he voted in favour of an outlandish, anti-Catholic motion to fly the homosexual Pride flag at the Catholic Education Centre and all Catholic schools in the Ottawa board (see Votes tab).
Mr. Mullan retained his trustees seat by acclamation duing the 2018 Ontario municipal elections. He refused to answer CLC's 2010 election questionnaire.
