Rating based on the fact that, prior to being elected as a municipal councillor in 2021, Mélyssa Janin (under her maiden name Boudreau) was a candidate for the Green Party in the 2020 New Brunswick provincial election.
During the 2014 provincial election campaign, the Green Party leader declared that the Green party, if elected to government, would immediately repeal the modicum of abortion restrictions that then existed in New Brunswick.
