To: The Right Honourable Prime Minister of Canada:

WHEREAS, a report from the House of Commons Finance Committee has recommended that the government strip churches, Christian charities, and pro-life organizations of their charitable status, crippling them financially, and

WHEREAS, these radical proposals would impose a 100% revocation tax, allowing the government to seize the assets of religious organizations, shutting down churches, food banks, and faith-based charities across Canada, and

WHEREAS, freedom of religion and freedom of speech are fundamental rights enshrined in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and must be protected from government overreach.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the undersigned does hereby immediately and unequivocally demand that the above proposals be officially retracted and reject any attempt to strip churches, Christian charities, and pro-life organizations of their legal standing or charitable status while defending their right to exist without government interference, financial penalties, or forced closure.

Sincerely,

[The undersigned]

If it were not for the many church organizations that contribute to the well-being of those in need, our country would be in dire conditions. You must reconsider this grave mistake of a bill.

It is time for our government to recognize the work and are that charitable organizations provide for the people of Canada. How sad that our leaders do not understand how religious communities provide care and values that other institutions cannot provide.!
