CLC Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns will only be accepted for the following reasons:
    • The item was received damaged.
    • The item received was not the item ordered (e.g. you ordered a package of Wallet Witness Cards, but received a DVD instead)
  2. Returns claims will not be accepted if a person simply decides they don't like the item or no longer want the item.

  3. A claim for return/refund must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
  4. A full refund will be given after the disputed item is received and inspected by CLC and the claim is found to be legitimate by CLC.
  5. Return-shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
