Rating Comments: Mr. Allen's responses to our 2025 election survey were mixed. Although he "100%" supports the right of parents to withdraw their children from any classroom lesson or presentation dealing with LGBT ideology, abortion, sex ed, etc, he unfortunately seems to hold the view that the role of an elected trustee is not primarily to represent the interests of parents, but rather, to do the will of the government as laid out in laws and regulations. With discussions and education from parents, it is possible that Mr. Allen could be moved to a position that is more fully supportive of parental rights in education.
