CLC rating: Pro-abortion, pro-LGBT activist
Rating Comments: Ran for the Liberal Party of Canada in the 2011 federal election, but lost. In response to CLC's 2011 questionnaire, he stated "I believe in a woman's right to decide."

In June 2014, as Ward 1 Saskatoon City Councillor, Mr. Hill attended the flag-raising for the homosexualist "Pride" parade in Saskatoon, speaking from the podium in praise of this event. Such parades are infamous for their promotion of nudism, sexual licence and perversion.

On January 25, 2020, Councillor Hill voted in favour of a draconian Motion to draft a by-law that would ban conversion therapy in the City of Saskatoon. Such a ban would effectively prevent people with unwanted homoerotic and transsexualist fixations from receiving the therapeutic help they're seeking to overcome their unwanted condition. Previously, on April 20, 2020, Councillor Hill actually spearheaded a Motion to support, in principle, the banning of conversion therapy in Saskatoon and, at that same meeting, voted in favour of sending an official letter of support from Saskatoon City Council to the Trudeau Liberal government for its federal Bill C-8 (later re-named C-6) that would enforce a totalitarian conversion therapy ban on all Canadians. Hill's anti-freedom, pro-LGBT Motion in the April 2020 thus paved the way for the January 2021 draft by-law Motion to easily pass at Saskatoon Council.
