Bio

Not Supportable
CLC rating: Pro-abortion, pro-LGBT ideology
Rating Comments: In 2022, during a debate in the legislature, Haggie, the then-Minister of Health, celebrated abortion as a "right" and bragged of his Liberal government having "secured the funding" to provide lots of abortions. The Liberal Party of Newfoundland officially supports extreme LGBT ideology, including having a "2SLGBTQQIA+ Liberal Commission" within the party, and so, we can safely assume all of their candidates and MHAs do as well.

Here are quotes from John Haggie on various life and family issues:

Haggie bragged about having funded the murder of babies in the womb:  "It's an important topic; reproductive rights for women are a crucial key of reproductive health. From the point of view of abortion services, we have stabilized and secured the funding for the Athena centre, which, for several decades, has provided this service across the province. With that, we're looking forward to working with them to address what gaps there are in the service, and we recognize that Labrador is a challenge. We need to recruit interested primary care providers to provide that service much more closer to home and that is part of an effort the department will continue to pursue."
