Rating Comments: The Village of Caroline was amalgamated into Clearwater County in January 2025. Therefore, the Caroline town council was dissolved. Parsons did not run for a seat in Clearwater County in 2025. Mr. Parsons responded to our 2021 questionnaire indicating that he is is solidly Pro-Life and that abortion should never take place.
