Today: Watch CLC on Livestream

Dear Supporter,

For the past few days, CLC staff and volunteers have been actively participating at the United Nations’ 60th session of the Commission on the Status of Women, an annual gathering of leaders and women’s rights activists from around the world.

At this meeting, as in previous similar meetings, there is a large push to include abortion and contraception on demand as forms of maternal "health care" for the poorest and most vulnerable of our human population. Of course, that's a fraud and neither of those things benefit maternal and child health.

As a matter of fact, many "pro-choice" activists here consider abortion to be a "human right" and are trying to expand it across the world, specifically on the African continent.

However, our staff and volunteers have spoken to many participants and delegates from African countries. They tell us that they simply do not agree with the radical position on abortion, and are thankful that Campaign Life Coalition and other pro-life NGO’s are here to provide an alternative message that counters the false one being put forth by the United Nations apparatus.

This afternoon (Thursday, March 17th) at 4:45 p.m., Campaign Life Coalition together with The Society for the Protection of Unborn Children, Real Women of Canada and theHoly See Mission to the U.N. are hosting a very important side event onBest Practices on Maternal Health Care in Africa.

The event will be streamed live, and you can see it by clicking on the image below and checking the "Live Now" and "Schedule" tabs at the right of the screen.

The live webcast is scheduled to start at 4:45 p.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. Please watch and share.

CLC's interventions at the U.N. are an expensive undertaking. You can help support our critical work for human life and family, at the U.N., by clicking the icon below, and making a generous donation right now.

Don't let our vital U.N. work disappear for lack of funding.

Sincerely,

The Campaign Life Coalition Team
