Something unholy is about to happen, and we've got to stop it.

Toronto's Catholic School trustees have been pressured by a dissident teacher into taking a vote on whether to add the ideological terms of "Gender Identity" and "Gender Expression", which are incompatible with Christian anthropology of the human person, to the school board's Code of Conduct. 

The practical implications of requiring students, teachers and staff to “respect” the theories of gender identity and gender expression, as per the proposed Code of Conduct, is that Catholic schools would have to allow:

• Boys to wear dresses and female make-up (and vice –versa)
   
• Male teachers to dress up as women, to undergo sex-change surgeries, and to present themselves to their classes as the opposite sex (and vice-versa)
   
• Transgender pronouns, and the use of girls names by boys (and vice-versa);

At an upcoming Board meeting, the Toronto Catholic School Board will vote on whether to abandon core Catholic teaching - and Sacred Scripture - in this area of sexual morality.

We must educate the Trustees about their fiduciary obligation to uphold the Catholic faith. We must overwhelm them with messages from Toronto's Catholics demanding that they vote NO to adding transgender ideology to the TCDSB's Code of Conduct. 

Non-Catholics who are ratepayers to the Catholic system or who have children in the system, must also make their voices heard.
