Rating Comments: On June 13, 2025, the School Division issue an official statement which began with the following affirmation: "Peace River School Division Ward 4 Trustee Moïse Dion has been reinstated to his position on the Board of Trustees. Justice Eleanor J. Funk of the Court of King’s Bench issued a ruling on June 11 stating that the Board’s decision to disqualify Trustee Dion was disproportionate and the Board erred in law."
